Spinach Dip Bites

Ingredients

1 cup mozzarella

1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided

1/2 cup sour cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Pepper, to taste

48 wonton wrappers

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

Carefully place wonton wrappers in the mini-muffin tin pans.

Bake for 7-8 minutes and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened cream cheese, mozzarella, sour cream, 1 cup parmesan, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.

Add drained thawed spinach and artichoke hearts and stir until well-combined.

Spoon filling into each of the shells, then use back of spoon or hands to press filling in.

Use remaining 1/2 cup parmesan to sprinkle on top of spinach bites.

Bake for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

NOTE: After step 3, the wonton shells may be stored in an air-tight container in the freezer until ready for use.

FOR DIP: For a spinach dip, make the same filling from steps 4 and 5 and then follow these steps:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

Fill an oven-safe dish with the filling. Top with Parmesan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes and enjoy with chips!

TIP: For a browned top, broil for a couple minutes at the end. Watch it carefully!
