Frozen Yogurt Bites

Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt, lemon or lime
2/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
Notes
Try with other yogurt flavors to add your own tangy twist! Chopped strawberries also make great add-ins.

Instructions
Combine yogurts, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Gently stir in berries.
Line a muffin tin, or an ice tray, with 12 cupcake liners. Divide mixture evenly in pan.
Freeze for 4 hours or more.
When ready to serve, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then remove from pan.
ICE TRAY METHOD:
After step 2 above, fill ice tray(s) with mixture and cover. Do not line tray.
Freeze for 4 hours or more.
When ready to serve, pop the bites out of ice trays and put on cupcake liner or a piece of parchment paper. Enjoy!
NOTE: For easier removal, fill bottom of sink with lukewarm water and set trays in the sink to help pop them out.
