Ingredients

16 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt

1 medium Granny Smith apple

1⁄2 cup orange juice

1⁄4 cup raw almonds

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Peel and dice apple.

Combine yogurt, apple, orange juice, almonds and honey in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add ice and blend again until smooth and frothy.

Serve in a chilled glass immediately.
