Try making these seasonal, creamsicle-inspired smoothie pops that are a great back-to-school treat. Blend bananas, oranges, milk, and honey together until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and place in freezer. Once fully frozen, remove from molds and serve to your kids. And be sure to sneak one for yourself!

Or you can make these Fruity Breakfast Popsicles. Stir together vanilla Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a small bowl until combined. Next, spoon 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold. Evenly divide fruit like diced strawberries, kiwis, orange slices, and blueberries among the molds. Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture evenly into each mold, leaving ½-inch from the top empty.

Then it is time to make a crunchy base. To do so, stir granola and honey together in a small bowl. Spoon the granola evenly among the popsicle molds, or about 1 tablespoon of granola in each mold. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze until fully frozen. When ready to eat, run the molds under warm water to release the popsicle.

Of course, the beauty of popsicle treats for the kids is that you can customize the flavors to appease any child. Just remember to include real milk in your blend. Milk is a simple, delicious, and affordable source of complete protein, fueling your body with 9 essential amino acids. Every 8-ounce glass of milk provides 8 grams of complete, high-quality protein to help you and your kids stay strong, energized, and focused. Oh, and its creamy taste is irresistible. Serving popsicles made with real milk is a win for the entire family.
