Ingredients

1 quart fresh cream

2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk

2 quarts milk

2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant pudding mix

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Yield may be 12-15 servings.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Pour into a 6-quart ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer’s direction until mixture is firm enough to scoop, dasher is hard to turn or machine stops.
