Ingredients

1 cup 2% milkfat cottage cheese 

Β½ cup frozen pitted dark sweet cherries, thawed 

2 teaspoons agave nectar 

Β½ teaspoon cocoa powder 

Β½ teaspoon cinnamon 

Β½ teaspoon vanilla

Topping Options

Cocoa powder, fresh cherries, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Place all ingredients (except toppings) into a food processor. Blend until cottage cheese looks smooth.  

Divide between two serving bowls and if desired, add toppings. Serve immediately. Will keep in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
