Dairy At Merry Oaks Elementary Farm to School Day

Third graders at Merry Oaks Elementary School experienced a variety of North Carolina farming practices during Farm To School day on May 16th. As part of the day, The Dairy Alliance showcased "Dairy Good, Sustainable Nutrition" highlighting dairy’s role in a sustainable future. This dairy station featured stories of sustainable dairy farming, dairy nourishing the planet, and dairy building strong bones for children to discover the importance of dairy.
