Classic Pumpkin Pie
It wouldnβt be the holidays without the quintessential pumpkin pie on the dessert table. This one uses whole milk for an added creaminess. Serve with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 1β2 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1β2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1β2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1β2 teaspoon salt
1β4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Combine sugar and eggs with a hand mixer on medium speed until well combined.
Add pumpkin, milk, eggs and spices. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are combined.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 350Β° and continue baking for 30-45 minutes, or until center of pie is firm.
Remove from oven and let cool. Serve at room temperature.
