1 cup milk

1⁄2 cup diced frozen rhubarb

1⁄2 cup frozen cherries

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

1 frozen kelp cube (sub 1⁄2 cup fresh spinach)

1 tablespoon hemp hearts

1 teaspoon grated ginger
