Training at Franklin County Schools

School food service managers, staff and directors from Franklin County School District held a training at Franklin County High School. The Dairy Alliance trained school staff on the Strive for 35" program, which offers solutions and tips for keeping milk cold for students throughout the whole meal period. This interactive training was accompanied by Moo Brew samples to showcase a great program for middle school and high school students, iced coffee served with 8 ounces of milk. There were 65 in attendance and they all learned the importance of dairy nutrition, as well as the importance of keeping milk at the optimum temperature!
