Moo Brew Popular at West Kentucky Education Cooperative Vendor Fair

The West Kentucky Education Cooperative held its annual vendor fair in Hopkinsville. Food service directors, managers, and staff from the western part of the state attended the meeting and vendor fair. A group of culinary arts students from Graves County also attended the event. Matti Coffey, Manager of Youth Wellness, and Alan Curtsinger, Assistant Director of Youth Wellness, showcased Moo Brew at the vendor fair. Several school districts inquired about starting the program for their students. Those who currently have the program commented on their improved meal rates since implementation. The student culinary group attending the event loved the iced coffee samples and the flavor choices it offers to drink nutritious milk!
