The Express newspaper recently highlighted Anson County's School Nutrition Department and their accomplishments, which includes the new smoothies that will be offered at Anson High School. The Dairy Alliance provided a smoothie training for the upcoming school year. Smoothies made with real dairy will be served as part of the system's free mealservice. The newspaper reaches over 10,000 residents, highlighting the delicious and nutritious offerings given to local students.
